Design and coordination of the Group-wide governance, internal control and risk management framework for an international energy group, in preparation for the initial public offering of its petroleum subsidiary.
Engagement conducted with approximately twenty functional and operational executives to establish the decision-making, control and accountability framework required for an international organisation preparing to meet listed-company standards.
